Two flexible ways to send faxes.
- FaxBack allows your customers to call from any touch-tone phone. After theyfve selected their documents, your customers enter their fax number to indicate where they would like their faxes to be sent. Your system then sends the requested faxes to the designated number.
- Fax-on-Demand allows customers to call directly from a fax machine. Once theyfve selected their documents, they simply press the Start button, and the requested faxes are sent immediately.

From a fax machine, dial the system, enter a password, assign a document number, and then fax in the document. From a desktop PC, copy your documents onto the voice response system as ASCII text or TIFF/F image documents.
