Outbound Dialer lets you cost effectively automate the mundane task of calling existing and/or potential customers for marketing, special notifications, reminders, etc.

Say goodbye to the days of overburdening your call center agents with the tedious task of dialing hundreds of numbers each day. Incotesy's Outbound Dialer lets you optimize your call center agents in two ways. For automated messages, your call center agents aren't even needed. For those calls that do require an agent, the Outbound Dialer can keep calling target numbers until it reaches one with a live person, and then connect that person immediately with an available call center agent.
Maximize your phone line capacity.
Once you've scheduled the numbers to be called with the Outbound Dialer, the system begins calling all target numbers simultaneously, using all lines available for outbound dialing purposes.
Reach your intended target audience.
Call Progress Analysis determines if the target number is busy, answered by a live person, answered by an answering machine, etc. Unsuccessful calls are attempted again after a configurable interval, for up to a configurable number of times before being marked as failed. The results of each call (busy, answered by a machine, etc) are logged into a database, including the final result (connected or failed).
Administrators use the database to generate a list of all calls and their results, determine system efficiency, calculate the percentage of the target audience reached, or any other statistical information you might require.
Exploit the full feature set of the Outbound Dialer.
The Outbound Dialer can be configured to run custom IVR scripts when the intended party is reached, which allows the person receiving your call to perform more complicated tasks when appropriate - without having to call back. For example, debt collection offices can configure the Outbound Dialer to place calls and accept payments immediately, and/or or to transfer the call to a live agent when requested.
